
The town beach
Four minutes down the steps. Sand, a beach bar that opens at ten and loungers for 12 euros a day. Bring our umbrellas and you do not need them.
Casa Lumi is at 14 Fig Tree Lane, at the top of the old town. Cars cannot drive up the lane, so the last part is on foot. We carry the bags.

Marenna airport has flights from most European capitals between April and October. A taxi to the bottom of Fig Tree Lane takes 35 minutes and costs 45 euros. We can book it and meet you at the steps.
Ferries from the mainland come into the harbour, eight minutes on foot from the house. The crossing takes about two and a half hours.
Park in the town car park on Harbour Road. We give you a permit for 8 euros a day. From there it is six minutes on foot, and Marco brings the trolley down for your bags.
Bus 3 runs from the airport to the harbour every hour from seven until ten at night. Get off at Old Town Steps, three minutes below the house.

We are open from 1 April to 31 October. May, June and September are warm and quiet. July and August are hot and busy, and we ask for four nights at least.
The sea is warm enough to swim from late May until the middle of October. In April and late October the evenings are cool, so bring a jumper for the terrace.
