Delivery and returns
Delivery
Unframed prints and posters are rolled in a strong card tube and posted within 3 working days. Cards go flat in a board envelope.
Delivery costs €6 and is free on orders over €80.
Framed prints
Frames are made for each order by a framer two streets away from the studio, so a framed print takes about 10 working days. It comes by courier, wrapped in card corners, for the same delivery price.
Returns
You can return unframed prints, posters and cards within 30 days if they are as we sent them. We refund the price of the print, and you pay for the return post.
Framed prints are made to order, so we only take them back if they arrive damaged.
Damage
If anything arrives creased or broken, send us a photo within 7 days at [email protected] and we send a new copy from the same edition, or refund you if it has sold out.
VAT
All prices include 20 percent VAT. The VAT amount is shown in your order summary and on the receipt we email you.
