Every price on this page includes labour, travel and tax. Parts are listed and priced before we fit them. If a job takes longer than the time shown, you pay the same.
Leaks and burst pipes
Answered 24 hours
We answer leak calls 24 hours a day. The first job is always to stop the water. Then we repair the cause and check the joints near it, so you are not calling us again next week.

Boilers and hot water
Same day
Dee is registered to work on gas boilers and services most makes. The van carries pumps, valves and sensors for the common models, so most faults are fixed on the first visit.

Blocked drains

We clear the blockage, run water through to check it, and tell you what caused it. If roots or a broken pipe are the cause, we show you the camera footage.

Radiators and heating
Next working day
Most cold radiators need bleeding or have a stuck valve. Both are quick jobs, so we price the whole house, not each radiator.

Taps, toilets and showers
This week
Ray does the small bathroom and kitchen jobs. If you have bought the tap, toilet seat or shower mixer yourself, we fit it at the price below.

Leaks, no heating and no hot water are answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Outside normal hours the same fixed prices apply, plus $40 for the call-out.

- A 12 month guarantee on our work. If our repair fails, we come back for free.
