Physiotherapy for backs, knees and shoulders
Four physiotherapists on Quay Street, open six days a week. We measure how you move, treat the cause and write you a plan.

Measurements at the first visit and every third visit
At your first visit we measure how far the sore joint moves, in degrees, and compare it with the other side. We also test strength, and balance where it matters. The numbers go on your written plan.
Every third visit we repeat the same tests in the same position. If the numbers stop improving, we change the plan.
