Cork and natural rubber mats, cork blocks, a cotton strap and a steel bottle. All of it is in use in classes at the studio.

Leggings, a sports top and a fine knit jumper, made for class, in sizes XS to XL. Size swaps are free within 30 days.

Class packs
Classes bought ahead, for less than paying at the door. We email the pack within five minutes and you book on the studio timetable as usual.

Gift cards for classes and anything in the shop. Printed and posted in an envelope, or sent by email on the day you choose. Sending is free.

Delivery and returns
We pack orders at the studio every weekday morning. Questions go to [email protected].
- Mats, props and clothing
- Posted within two working days, usually with you two to four days later. $6, or free on orders over $75.
- Collect from the studio
- Free. Choose it in the cart and it is ready at the desk at 27 Fenwick Yard the next day.
- Class packs and intro month
- Emailed within five minutes with a code for your studio account. No delivery cost.
- Gift cards
- Printed cards are posted free within two working days. Email cards arrive on the date you choose.
- Returns
- Send back unused mats, props and clothing within 30 days for a refund. We email a free returns label. Class packs cannot be refunded once bought, but you can give one to a friend.
- Size swaps
- Free within 30 days. Bring it to the desk or post it back with the label and say which size you want.
