Questions guests ask before booking
If yours is not here, write to us and Sari will answer, usually the same day.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, for two people in every villa, and for four in the family house. It is cooked to order and served from 7 to 11 in the garden pavilion or on your villa terrace, at no extra charge.
Can we bring children?
Yes. Children under 12 can sleep on the daybed in the valley villas, and the family house sleeps four and a child. Only the family house pool is fenced, so children need to be watched at the other pools. A cot is free. A child bed costs Rp 350,000 a night.
How do we get from the airport?
We send a car for Rp 650,000 each way, for up to four people with luggage. The driver waits at the arrivals exit with your name. The drive takes about an hour and forty minutes, longer between 4 and 7 in the afternoon.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 14 days before arrival and we refund the deposit in full. Within 14 days we keep the deposit, which is 30 percent of the stay. If you cannot travel because a flight is cancelled, we move your dates instead.
Is there a minimum stay?
Two nights for most of the year, and five nights between 20 December and 5 January.
Is there wifi and air conditioning?
Yes, in every villa. The wifi also reaches the pool and the garden pavilion. The villas have air conditioning in the bedroom and a ceiling fan, and most guests find the nights cool enough without it.
Where do we eat in the evening?
Our kitchen cooks dinner every night from 6.30. The menu changes daily and three courses cost Rp 450,000 a person. The nearest restaurants are in the village, ten minutes away by car, and we are happy to drive you.
Is the garden hard to walk around?
The garden is on four levels joined by stone steps, and the valley villas are about 90 steps below reception. If steps are difficult, ask for a garden villa, which is level with the car park.
