We post from Elmsworth on weekdays. Candles go in recycled card with paper padding, no plastic. You get an email with tracking when the parcel leaves.
Returns
Send back any unused candle within 30 days and we refund the price of the candle. Use the returns label in your box, which is free.
If a candle burns badly, for example the wick drowns or it tunnels after a full first burn, email us a photo at [email protected] and we send a new one. You do not need to return it.
Arrived broken? Send a photo within 7 days and we replace it straight away.
