We are a team of six cleaners working in Kestrel Bay and the coast road villages. You get a fixed price before the first visit and the same cleaner every time, and we bring all the products and equipment.
Most of our work is regular cleaning for homes. We also clean small offices outside working hours, and turn holiday villas around between guests.
A regular clean every week, every two weeks or once a month. The same cleaner comes each time and works through the same checklist, so nothing gets skipped. The first visit is always a deep clean.
We clean from 6:00 in the morning or after 18:00, so we are gone before your team arrives. We wipe desks, clean the kitchen and toilets, empty the bins and do the floors. You give us a key and an alarm code, and we sign for both.
Changeover cleans between guests, usually between 10:00 and 15:00 on the same day. We strip and make the beds, reset the kitchen and bathrooms, sweep the terrace and send you photos of every room before we leave.
Each room has its own list. The cleaner ticks it off on a phone as they go, and you get the finished list by message when they leave.

Prices are per visit and include products, equipment and one bathroom. Each extra bathroom adds $17 to a regular clean. Monthly cleans cost 15 percent more, because there is more to do each time.

Office cleans are $38 per cleaner hour and villa changeovers start at $90. All prices and how booking works
Nobody is sent by an agency. Every cleaner is on our payroll, spends two weeks training on our checklists, and is insured while working in your home.
Keys are labelled with a number, never your address, and kept in a coded safe at our office. If we break or damage something, we tell you the same day and pay for the repair.
When your cleaner is ill or on holiday, someone else from the team comes instead. We tell you who the day before.
