What is included in each clean

These are the checklists our cleaners work from, room by room. A regular clean covers the items without a label. A deep clean, which is also the first clean for every new home, adds the rest.

Kitchen

The kitchen takes longest. We work from the top down, so crumbs and dust end up on the floor before the floor is cleaned.

Bathrooms

Each bathroom gets its own cloths, which never go near the kitchen. A regular clean includes one bathroom, and each extra one adds $17.

We use a limescale remover on glass and taps. Tell us if you have natural stone, because it needs a different product.

Bedrooms

We make beds with the linen you leave out and fold clothes left on the bed. We do not open drawers or wardrobes unless you ask.

We change the bed linen when you leave clean linen out. Washing and drying linen is an extra, at $8 per bed.

Living areas

Dusting first, then glass and screens, then the floor. Screens are wiped with a dry cloth only.

We dust around ornaments and lift light ones. Anything fragile or valuable, we leave where it is.

Offices

We clean around your team. Papers stay where they are, and desks covered in paperwork are skipped and noted on the checklist.

Holiday villas

A changeover gets the villa ready for the next guests. We work from your own checklist if you have one, and add anything it misses.

What we do not do

Outside windows above the ground floor, and anything that needs a ladder taller than two metres.

Moving heavy furniture, shampooing carpets, or treating mould beyond cleaning the surface.

Clearing rubbish, garden waste or the contents of a home after a move. We can recommend people who do.
