Cafe and bakery on Alder Street

Good morning. The first croissants came out of the oven at 6.45, and the filter coffee is on with refills at 1.00. Porridge and eggs on toast are served until 11.30.

Lunch is on until 14.30. Sandwiches are made to order on this morning's focaccia, today's soup is leek and potato, and the scones came out at 11.00.

Cake comes out at 14.00. Filter coffee refills are 1.00 until we close, and the bread on the shelf is half price after 16.00.

We are closed for the night. The bakers come in at 3.30 to bake the bread, and the doors open again tomorrow at 7.00.

Whatever bread is left at closing goes to the community fridge on Pell Lane.
