Roast days and delivery dates
We roast on Tuesday and Friday and post the same afternoon. An order placed by 12:00 the day before goes into that roast. Most parcels arrive one to three working days later.
Order by Monday 12:00 for Tuesday’s roast, or by Thursday 12:00 for Friday’s.

Delivery and returns
We post nationwide from the roastery. Coffee leaves on the day it is roasted, so the date on the bag is never more than a few days old when it arrives.

Coffee
If a bag tastes wrong, tell us within 14 days of the roast date. We send a replacement or refund it, and you do not need to send it back.
Equipment
Return unused equipment in its box within 30 days for a full refund. Faults are covered for two years.
Subscriptions
Skip, change or stop any time before 12:00 on the day before a roast day. Nothing is charged until we roast.
