By tram
Line 4 to Tanner Street. Walk south down the yard passage, about two minutes.
By bike
Racks for eight bikes inside the yard gate, and a pump by the door.
By car
The Mill Lane car park is open until 01:00 and costs 2 an hour after 18:00. Taxis can stop at the gate.
Walking
Ten minutes from the station along Canal Walk. Turn left at Foundry Row and the gate is on your right.
Request a table
We take table requests for up to eight people. Sami confirms by email within a few hours, and always on the same day for dinner. For nine or more, see private dining and events.
We keep the counter seats and half the bar for people who walk in.

Accessibility
Step-free
The yard is paved and level, and the front door is 110 cm wide with no step. The private room has its own step-free door.
Toilets
An accessible toilet on the ground floor, next to the bar, with a baby changing table.
Seating
The counter has high stools. Two low tables sit close to the fire, so you can watch the hearth from a normal chair. Tell us when you book.
Noise and light
The room is dark and gets loud after 20:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Lunch on Thursday is the quietest time. We have large-print menus and a torch at every table.
Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome everywhere. Other dogs are welcome at the bar.
The fire
The counter is warm, and hot in summer. Children love watching it, and we ask that they stay on the guest side of the counter.
