Delivery costs and times by region
We post every order from Kaunas within two working days, by tracked courier, and email you the tracking link. Your region is marked in the table. Prices on the site change to its currency.

European Union. Prices include VAT. Nothing more to pay at the door.
United Kingdom. Prices include UK VAT and we pay the import duty, so there is nothing to pay at the door.
United States and Canada. We pay the import duty. No tax is added to your order.
Australia. Australian GST of 10 percent is added to the order total.
Rest of the world. Prices do not include import tax. Your country may charge it when the parcel arrives.
Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn. Returns are free in the EU and the UK. Elsewhere we refund the clothes and you pay the postage back.

Write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what you are sending back. We reply with a return label, free in the EU and the UK.

Pack the clothes unworn, with the paper tag still on. Drop the parcel at any post office or parcel locker.

We refund to the card you paid with within five working days of the parcel reaching Kaunas. Delivery costs are refunded if you return the whole order.
Changing a size
Changing to another size or colour of the same piece is free once per order, wherever you live. Tell us the size you want and we post it as soon as your return has a tracking number, so you are not waiting for the parcel to reach us.
Not returnable
Napkins and tea towels that have been washed, and anything we shortened for you.
