Teachers

Six teachers run the 48 classes on the timetable. Most teach one or two kinds of class, so the same faces lead the same classes every week.

Maya

Maya has taught vinyasa at Open Palm since the studio opened. She was a gymnast for ten years before she started yoga, and it shows in how she breaks a pose into steps.

Her classes move quickly through standing work and finish with one long hold. She teaches the weekday mornings and Saturday at 08:30.
