Send me a message with the class you would like. I reply within a day, and I do not answer the phone during classes.

The coloured background slowly expands for four seconds and settles for six, the pace of a slow breath.

Is this your first class with me?

Questions people ask

I have never done yoga. Which class should I come to?

Slow flow on Monday or Wednesday evening, or the beginners course if you would like six weeks with the same group. Tell me it is your first time when you book.

Do I need my own mat?

No. There are fourteen mats in the hall, cleaned after every class. Bring your own if you prefer it.

What should I wear?

Anything you can move and bend in. Most people wear leggings or tracksuit bottoms and a T-shirt. We practise barefoot.

How do I pay?

By card or cash at the door. If you would like a class card in advance, ask me for the bank details.

Can I share a class card?

Cards are for one person. If a friend wants to come along, their first class is $10.

What happens if a class is full?

I keep a short waiting list for each class. If a place opens up, I message the first person on the list.
