Small yoga classes in Linden Hall, Northgate
I'm Sela, and I teach nine classes a week for twelve people at most. Every class begins with a slow breath, in for four counts and out for six, at the same pace as the colour behind this text.
What the classes are like

Classes are slow and steady. We stay in most poses for five breaths or more, so there is time to notice where you are and adjust.
I show an easier and a harder version of anything that needs one, and nobody is expected to touch their toes. Most classes run for 75 minutes and end with ten minutes of rest.
Mats, blocks, straps and bolsters are in the hall, so you only need to bring yourself and something comfortable to wear.
